Abstract Submission is open


Participants are invited to submit abstracts for either oral presentations or poster presentations accompanied by a short flash talk. Please indicate your preferred format when submitting your abstract; final decisions will be made by the scientific committee.

Abstract submission works through indico. If you don't have an account you can register through Helmholtz ID and your institution. If your institution is not listed you can also use GitHub, ORCID or Google through Helmholtz ID. After registration wait for the confirmation email and proceed with abstract submission afterwards.


Young Investigator Travel Grants
will be available to support early-career researchers presenting their work (first author of the abstract) at the meeting. Applicants must indicate their interest during the abstract submission process. Young investigators are defined as students or early-career researchers up to a maximum of six years after PhD. A document of proof (enrollment certificate or certificate of PhD) and a CV need to be uploaded with abstract submission. Grants will be awarded based on scientific merit and relevance. No prices will be awarded to people who recieved a price within the last three years.
